Terms of service
1. The service
TradeFortis is a web application that helps traders follow the trading plan they declare themselves: pre-trade checklist, trade journal, discipline score, statistics and a leaderboard based exclusively on discipline.
2. No investment advice
TradeFortis provides no investment advice, no signals and no recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Statistics are descriptive of your own history and never prescriptive.
3. Subscriptions
Premium (€17/month) and Ultra (€29/month) are billed monthly, or yearly with two months free. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time from the settings; access remains until the end of the paid period.
4. Fair use of the leaderboard
Manipulating the leaderboard (fabricated trades, multiple accounts) may lead to exclusion. Manually entered trades are weighted less than imported ones.
5. Liability
TradeFortis is not liable for trading decisions or losses. The service is provided as is; we do our best to keep it available and accurate.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
